Creative Media Student (Knowsley Community College)
While this course focuses mainly on Film making, there have been quite a few design projects as well. The first graded project was to create an album cover for an artist called "Xevious Cuboid" and there has been some element of design in some of the bigger movie projects. This course has helped me realise that I like the design side of the creative industries the most.
2020-2023
Creative iMedia Student (OCR)
I achieved a Level 2 Distinction when studying Creative iMedia at GCSE level. This is where I first started to learn about pre-production documents and the importance of research and planning. It is also where I discovered my passion for design work.
2019-2020
The Beginning
During the Covid Lockdown, me and my sister discovered an app called "WannaDraw" which gives the users ideas to draw involving a celebrity or character doing a particular activity or combined with another character. We would draw what the app gave us and compare the different versions we had created from the same prompts. This is when I first became truly interested in the idea of a creative future for myself.

I intend to expand on and develop all of these skills as well as dedicate time to learning new ones.
Next Step
I intend to carry on with my journey and continue to grow and learn, so I applied to Edge Hill University to study Graphic Design and received a conditional offer. As long as I get good grades in August, I'll be able to study with them in September.
